We discovered a leak under our house this week and Simeone Plumbing was able to make room for us in their packed schedule that same day. Dominec and another employee quickly addressed the issue and for a very reasonable price! Thank you, Simeone Plumbing! 😊

We had a burst water pipe underground from the meter on the street to our house. The City of Santa Rosa Water Agency called to let us know that we were losing 100 gallons an hour! We frantically started calling a list of plumbers as we didn't know where to start. We got a lot of responses that for one reason or another they could not come out. We were told by quite a few that we would need to get a leak detection company to find the leak and then they would come out. We called two detection leak companies and they were unable to come out for 2 or 3 days. And then we called Simeone Plumbing! The receptionist was so kind and helpful and put our mind at ease. She made an appointment for the next morning between 8:30 and 10:30. Dominique and Canyon arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work They detected the leak within 40 minutes and started digging! They were so professional and courteous. They completed the job the same day and cleaned up where they had dug. We couldn't see evidence of any work done....they cleaned up so well. We would highly recommend this company! We will call them again if need be.

Domenic and Canyon arrived early and were able to diagnose the leak beneath the kitchen sink. They proceeded to repair the leak and perform a prophylactic repair efficiently and quickly. Both were courteous and friendly, and made excellent recommendations.

Very pleased with the emergency service I received. Most plumbing services I called asked me to leave a message but I was concerned how quickly I would get a call back. Simeone actually answered my call and dispatched someone in just a few hours. The technician was very polite and took care of my pipe break quickly even though it was in a tricky location in my pump house. I will call them next time I need a plumber.

Micah was pleasant, polite, personable. He attended to his job confident and knowledgeable. He was very helpful answering any questions I had. You could tell he enjoyed his job and knew what he was doing. Totally would want him for any Return work!
